• ICEppl: ICEppl (Interactive Chat Enabled Prompt Package Language) is the proprietary markup language developed by AiWerkz. It provides a structured and efficient way to encode and describe prompt packages for interactive chat experiences.
• ICEpackages: ICEpackages (also described as Interactive Chat Enabled Packages or Ice Packages) are Chat Packages created using ICEppl. These packages enable seamless and meaningful interactions with documents through chat interfaces.
• LLM (Large Language Model): A Large Language Model is an advanced AI model trained on vast amounts of text data to understand and generate human-like language. LLMs are used to power the interactive chat capabilities of ICEpackages.
• RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation): Retrieval Augmented Generation is a technique that combines retrieval-based methods and generative models to improve the accuracy and relevance of responses in interactive chat systems.
• User: Any individual or entity that uses the AiWerkz platform to create, share, or interact with ICEpackages.

Terms

Public Accessibility of ICEpackages

Once created, ICEpackages are publicly accessible. A link will be provided to the creator, which can be published and shared without restrictions. There is no access control for Lite ICEpackages. AiWerkz will maintain the link indefinitely but without any guarantee of continued availability. The link to the ICEpackage (Chat Package) can be copied and shared freely by users without restrictions.

Data Structure and Sharing

The actual ICEpackage is a data structure available at the link provided. This data structure, described within the [[prompt_package]] tags, can be copied and shared by users without restrictions. It is expected that the creator of Interactive Chat Enabled Packages will have the necessary rights and permissions to use and share the provided content.

Content Removal

AiWerkz reserves the right to remove content that violates our terms, including but not limited to content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on intellectual property rights.

Intellectual Property

Trademarks: ICEppl and ICEpackages are trademarks of AiWerkz. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Copyright: All content on the AiWerkz platform, including ICEppl, ICEpackages, and related materials, is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use and/or duplication of this material without express and written permission from AiWerkz is strictly prohibited.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the rights and permissions to use and share the content they include in ICEpackages. Users agree not to use the AiWerkz platform for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

Liability and Disclaimers

AiWerkz provides the platform and services on an "as is" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AiWerkz is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use the platform or services.

Amendments

AiWerkz reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the platform or via email.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AiWerkz operates.
