The Interactive Chat Enabled Prompt Package Language (ICEppl) is a proprietary markup language developed by TrxSys LLC for structuring, organizing, and managing interactive AI chat prompt packages. This language includes specific syntax, tags, and structural elements designed to facilitate the creation and utilization of prompt packages in various interactive AI chat environments.

Scope of Protection

Syntax and Structure: The unique combination of tags, attributes, and hierarchical organization that constitutes the ICEppl, including specific tags such as [[prompt_package]], [[metadata]], [[instruction]], [[content]], [[document_info]], [[related_documents]], and others as defined by TrxSys LLC.
Documentation and Descriptions: All written materials, guides, examples, and documentation detailing the use and implementation of the ICEppl, including any instructional content, training materials, and user manuals associated with the ICEppl.
Examples and Templates: Sample prompt packages, template structures, and example markup provided for the purpose of illustrating the ICEppl’s usage.
Associated Software and Tools: Any software, tools, or utilities developed by TrxSys LLC that facilitate the creation, validation, or management of AI chat packages (prompt packages) using ICEppl.

Prohibited Uses

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of the ICEppl, its syntax, structure, documentation, or any associated materials without the express written permission of TrxSys LLC is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

Copying or reproducing the ICEppl or any part thereof in any form or medium.
Creating derivative works based on the ICEppl.
Using the ICEppl for commercial purposes without proper licensing from TrxSys LLC.
Distributing or publishing any materials that incorporate the ICEppl without authorization.

Permitted Uses

Users are permitted to create AI Chat Packages using ICEppl and share these packages, including the AiWerkz link, with others freely. Users can also email the AI Chat Packages to others. However, the use of the ICEppl language itself for commercial purposes or creating derivative technologies that compete with AiWerkz is prohibited without express written permission from TrxSys LLC.
