Creating a Chat Package on AiWerkz allows you to share your documents in a way that others can interact with through AI systems like ChatGPT. Follow these instructions to get started.

Quick Start

  1. Prepare Your Content: Have a document with hundreds to thousands of words in a text.
  2. Collection: Skip if you only have one document. Collections group related documents. Or group multiple chat packages later.
  3. Document Details: Enter a name, keywords, and summary for your document.
  4. Content: Paste your document's content in to the content field.
  5. Submit: Click "Submit".
  6. Share: Find your Chat Package in My Chat Packages, copy the link, and share it.
  7. Interact: Instruct others to paste the link into an AI system like ChatGPT.

Detailed Instructions

Navigation and Login

Navigate to the AiWerkz homepage and log in. Access the Create a Chat Package from the menu.

Form Fields and Descriptions

Collection Information

  1. Collection Dropdown: Choose an existing collection or create a new one.
    • If creating a new collection, provide a unique Collection ID and a Collection Name.

Document Information

  1. Document Name: Enter a name for your document. This field is required. Or we can automatically generate a document title for you.
  2. Document Section Number: Optionally, provide a section number if your document is split into parts.

Keywords and Summary

  1. Document Keywords: Provide keywords related to your document (max 2000 characters). Or we can automatically generate keywords for you.
  2. Document Summary: Write a brief summary of the document (max 2000 characters). Or we can automatically generate a summary for you.

Content and Formatting

  1. Content Data Type: Select the type of content you are uploading (e.g., Text, HTML, JSON).
  2. Content Formatting: Choose how the content should be formatted (e.g., replace blank lines with <p> tags).

Compress Content

  • Content Compression reduces the size of the content by 50 to 80%. The content is analyzed to produce a concise, structured JSON, while retaining essential information, key concepts, and actionable insights for machine processing. Eliminates redundancy and unnecessary details, while organizing content into logical sections and bullet points. This will reformat your content and words will be removed.
  • Compressed content is best used if the intent is to send (like via email) a compete chat package to someone.
  • Compressed content may take several seconds to several minutes to process.

Number of Textareas

  1. Is optional.
  2. Enter content in the below field or create a textarea for each section or chapter.
  3. This does not create multiple chat packages, rather it labels the beginning of each new chapter or section.

Main Content

  1. Content: Paste the main content of your document (max 120,000 characters).

Optional Fields

  1. URL to Web Page: Optionally, provide a URL related to your document.
  2. Content Expiration Date: Optionally, set an expiration date for your content.

Submit Your Chat Package

Review all the information entered. Click the Submit button.

Post-Submission

Your Chat Package will appear in My Chat Packages. Copy the link and share it with others. Instruct recipients to paste the link into an AI system like ChatGPT to interact with the document.
